Ramco is currently in the design stages of a " Chef Model " - Perfect for the home chef to transport or the beginner who wants to get started heat sealing their product. This model should be available in the fall of 2006 if not sooner. We also have in the design stage , a "Profile Cut " manual sealer - it cuts the perimeter of the film being sealed to match the perimeter of the tray. This reduces costs in purchasing pre- die cut film and allows the user to start with a roll of film and end up with a nice looking sealed tray as opposed to the "dog ears" left when the film is simply cut off in a straight line.

Ramco takes it's experience
in manufacturing tray carriers or pallets and applies it to
manufacture tray carriers for many different models of heat
sealers made by other manufacturers...an after market if you
will...most of the time saving the customer money by
avoiding OEM pricing. We ask them to send us an existing
tray carrier with tray to be sealed , how many are they
looking for , and then provide a quote.
